Just get one of 9x5 eBay coolers. Its probably bigger than most stock oil coolers and works fine for most applications.

Why wouldn't the stock cooler work? The JDM AE92 GTZ didn't even had an oil cooler! On the GT-S, only a small part of the oil is actually cooled (there's a pressure sensitive valve wich only let's a small part of the oil throught the cooler if there's enough pressure) so If you need more cooling, I would route the oil so that is always went through the cooler or, even better, use a thermostatic valve instead of a pressure sensitive valve.

Yeah 9 row . Think its 13 x 3.5 x 2 inches , that's about the smallest I see on sale on eBay. If you don't have high oil temps to begin with, any oil cooler will do just fine. FYI , my ae92 gt apex levin didn't have an oil cooler, neither do the local ae101 and 111 levins.

Not sure about the aw11 but I highly doubt it. Stock one will be just fine for most applications.

The AW11 MR2 has a liquid cooled oil cooler that runs the oil lines parallel to the coolant hose. Looks like this:
Your stock oil cooler should be just fine unless you're going to be endurance racing or something.
