My Progress -The Pumpkin King AE86 Author Post naenjin Member Offline 326 posts [99%] Newport News VA  My Progress -The Pumpkin King AE86 4:48 AM 6/27/2012 Reply  Edit Hey everyone! I'd figured today I would post some pics showing progress on my 86. I need to start maintaining a build log/thread so I can get ideas and help should I need it. Pretty soon I will get everything together and start putting er back together. Here goes...This is the project so far. Two pictures of last May when she was stripped down. There were so many surprises while sanding. There were 5 different paint jobs on the car! Two of these are how it sets now. I have the JDM zenki front bumper and grill/emblems and the rear kouki bumper already painted. I have the mounting brackets too, just no hardware yet. I shaved the rear side lights and filled in the radio antenna. I have a USDM spoiler I am painting black and putting on. I have a new sunroof and seal / lights / lids and the Sprinter tail lights...I can't wait to get this on the road and get it all finished up. What do you guys think? I will need expert opinions once it gets running for wheels to get the profile right. I need to paint and stick on the molding, but I'm going for an old school feel. -1986 Toyota Corolla GT-S Hatch -1997 Celica GT (Daily Driva)
