It does look like i has the ecu connectors the plastic tube that goes under the throttle body's seperate injecter connecters i looks like a 20v harness modified for an older toyota (looks like aw11 mr2 maybe). But if you're buying make sure it works with the ecu you are going to use or have already. ST auto and manual have different connecters and pinouts BT auto and manual are the same as the ST auto. Hope this helps some.

*edit kept looking at the pic and i see the starter wring looks to be extened to keep the starter on the exhaust side, 20v has the starter on the intake side. I think it might be a ST harness i think thats the AFM connecter coming for the fire wall gromit next to the diag box.

I don't think that's a 20v harness. Might be 4/7afe

It has the plastic conduit that goes behind the 16V cam cover so it's some variation of 16V

exactly what i noticed. i recall my old 4afe having a similar piece over the valve cover in the same location. the harness appears to have newer sensor plugs, and i believe those ecu plugs were used first on the 1993 ae101 corolla(and other new models that year or close to it).

if you can find the part number tag on the harness, i can look it up for you. its a white tag, 1" tall x 3-4" long, taped at each end to the harness, generally near the ecu plugs. give me the p/n and ill tell you what its from.

theres a tag on the harness near the ecu plugs, i can see in the pic. looks like the top line, last thing says "MR2", could be 5sfe or even 3sge.

you can see how the adhear the p/n tags in this pic. lower right corner.

That's not a 20V harness. That's not even a 7afe/4afe harness. That's an AW11 16V engine harness. Look at the body plugs next to the ECU plugs. Also, the big bulky gray ECU plugs are not a trait of a 20V/7AFE/4AFE harness.
