that is one clean interior.

did you do a windshield mount on the wink mirror? i mounted mine on the visor holes but the engine mounts make it vibrate, i heard the windshield mount is a bit better but didn't wanna do it if its not worth it.

Thank you for the compliment. The entire front interior is off an SR5 from a junkyard that only had 93k on it. Got everything including the uncracked dash for under $100.

I mounted my mirror the same way. I just used the existing holes from the visors and made sure to re-use the same screws that went into them and I havnt had any vibrating issues. Im still running old stock mounts though. Once I put my Cusco ones in ill see if it vibrates and let you know if I find an answer.

Lol, I actually took off that sticker a few days ago. got tired of looking at it. Replaced it with a Street or Strip Concept sticker from my friend Adam's shop.

Well I really wanted new tow hook sticking out the front bumper, try to add a little flair to the car. But I wasn't about to spend $80 on a piece of metal.
Please excuse my horribly dirty front bumper in the third pic.

Purchased a bunch of new parts for a recent event. I will update this thread as I find all the pics.

Illegal Garage and ARP flywheel bolts installed:

Had to make a new battery tie down to pass tech:

Got 4 new Federal SS595s so I have some extra wheels just in case things go wrong at the track.

A 4pt harness is not allowed by NASA so I went and got a 5th point for my Takata:

More pics coming soon as more parts are on the way.

I would send you a PM but club4ag is acting very strange and wont let me. I tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer. If I choose "quick reply", after entering a message it bring me to a screen that says "Invalid user login" lol. You should be able to find that spray paint at any AutoZone.

Some pics of a project ive been working on. Intake off a 240z modified to fit the 20v. Its much slimmer than my previous box and is sealed much better.
Test fit before paint:

Painted and fresh out of the oven to cure the paint.

Top half wrapped in DEI thermal tape:

Some pics of new stuff to keep cool at the track.
Replaced this old thing. 1in 1 core stock Civic unit.

In goes the new Mishimoto. 2 1/4in 3 core. I had to cut off the stock tabs and make completely new mounts, spacing the radiator further back since its so thick.

Oil cooler with brackets and fittings welded on by Future Fab.

Mocked everything up. Painted the brackets off the car. Just need to do some final cleanup touches.

Nice DIY stuff.

BTW you ever get those TOMS pedals to work in AE86? I have a set to but clueless how it would really mount since theres the arm behind of the pedal.

Thank you BKH.
For the pedals you have to drill through the stock metal units. My gas and brake are very close together so I havnt put that one on yet.

I rather like your front bumper setup; if I needed better flow I'd definitely pick up a spare front bumper to hack up =)

Could I ask for a pic of 1 of the bumper cross sections? (circled) I'm doing a DIY license plate relocation and this info would really help.

Thanks!

Cutting up an AE86? Please me know! I need body panels!
