For those of you looking for an aftermarket Ignitor module for the Silvertop 20 Valve engine (and possibly the BT20V) look no further.

89621-12050 OEM Toyota Ignitor

Toyota Price: est. $302.00

CBE603 BWD (Borg-Warner) Ignitor

Available at Advance Auto Parts: $176.00

BWD Application is for a 1992-1995 Lexus SC400 with 1UZFE 4.0 V8 works perfectly for the Silver/Blacktop.

found this over the weekend. theres a cheap replacement oil filler cap by Stant, p/n-11113. cost me $7 at Pepboys and it works just like it should. heres a link, wish i knew this earlier(i used a 2j off a sc300, but it says 5w-30, and the seals old.)

^ i think you completly missed the point of this "useful references" thread. start a new topic. but the filter should fit on the AFM with an adapter.

Have you looked thru this thread?

alternate timing belt for Silvertop is a Buick Skylark belt
GoodYear #40081(can be cross-referenced to another manufacturer at your local auto parts store)
it costs about $20

20v Ignitor/Coil assembly is the same part number as a 1990-1995 Toyota 4Runner. make sure the ignitor says "201" on it though, in green.

There's something on 4agblogsome.com about cross referencing to some USDA motors like the 2j n/a motor, but I've read stuff about them rotating in the opposite direction.
