EP91 was a really nice car....absolutely perfect commuter and it was way quicker comparing to my Levin. (better gas mileage, too.) .....but, I just had to get this Levin!

Received my O2 sensor from State Side that took only 1 week.
Toyota Japan wants me to pay nearly $415.00 for OEM sensor that I only paid 1/10 shipped from CA for Denso OEM replacement.Before:

 Hopefully this replacement will improve my gas mileage.....

Well, situation here is not much different comparing U.S. market....may be little easier to find one but, definitely NOT cheaper.

My antenna was stuck half way up.
I did not know that replacing an antenna on AE86 was this hard!!!....especially guiding antenna line into interior.....  
Used but still in good condition.
Now my antenna goes up all the way so that I can listen to my radio. (J-wave)

Since I had to remove half of my dash to guide my antenna line, I have decided to replace my dash as well.This dash was donated from my AE86 friend for free.....!! Project "Black Interior" is moving slowly but for surely.... Since I could not find black ducts, I have painted original blue ducts to black.
It is always good to have un-cracked dash.

i am thinking about going to japan to teach english for a year or more, and for some one with limited english and being a brown gaijin, how hard is it to find a clean corolla?

You probably could find a job as an English teacher here in Japan no problem....but, finding a clean corolla might be a challenge. It is also depends on your budget, too.
Situation here is similar or worse comparing U.S. market.
Price range is between $ FREE or up to $85,000 for AE86. (Yes, there is really $85,000 AE86 here.)

Lately, lot of members here are asking me to get a hold of certain parts.
...but, locating clean OEM parts are getting difficult now days here in Japan. Exactly what do you need?
If it is something small, I might able to help you.
(someone asked me to ship 1/2 cut of AE86 Levin that I am not able to do that.... )

As I mentioned in my response, locating OEM AE86 parts are difficult here in Japan as well....especially in good condition. Just in case, forward me pictures of a above parts so that I do not make a mistake.
I did not know distributors are different. Also, if you are able to provide me part #, please do. powercraft140@yahoo.co.jp Happy Holidays!
