he is using a custom one off water outlet though with a 16V pump, so ignore that bit.

Sam I'd be honest with you, your alternative water relocation kit for ae86  is one of the most simplest and cleanest kit I've seen so far but quite frankly the pictures is not complete.
Some concerns:
Is there any drilling required? Like JSP's DIY.
Can I used the altenator bracket off the 16v gts?
I have a custom bellhousing which the starter is on the intake side, would that be on the way?

blunt and honest is my style. Your right the pictures mostly suck and it's something I am working on.

Only mods are grinding a bit out the alternator tensioner and a slight bend to the dip-stick tube. You need to unbolt your idel valve when you run a heater and that's it- no head modifications, fully reversable, easy to install.

Works with with any alternator/water pump combination and any start motor position. I will see what other photos I can get. I am doing a conversion into a customers car in a few weeks if you want in car photos, otherwise I will see what else I can organise.

By the way the products on your website are awesome.

thanks! Anway, I've heard enough answers to all my questions and I'm so hook with your cooling system. Once I get back from my vacation I'll purchase one. Oh before I forget, how about the hose that runs into the lower part of radiator? I don't see it on any of the pics you've provided or it's just me.

well in my personal opinion if you want bling source a RS-Chita kit and polish it. I think the T3 kit looks bulky and being from them I wouldn't trust it. One customer told me that it still needs mods to fit but I can't confirm.

As for what I can offer the kit #1 without heater is $285 with bolts and gaskets. Should take the average person under 30 min start to finish to install.

They have a mixture of really good and some well not so good products. They do not however tell you what's wrong or any downsides with their products or what needs to be done to make them fit. I have seen plenty of people complaining about parts that need further work before being used, forum threads asking for help are not uncommon either. Don't get me wrong I use some of their products myself but I have a disagrement with some of the way they do things.

I'm not sure if I'm following you correctly but would you at least voice out which T3 products do you think are in good quality? I don't want to know the "not so good" as I, myself have used their products as well. Only the good ones I want to know from your honest opinion.

well I only know some of the products and it would be unfair for me to say anything about the rest of the parts that I don't know anything about. I will send you an email to that address in your signiture.

My next 20v kit will be the Sam_Q kit .... He's not trying to get rich off of his kits and his help and knowledge is never far away. I can appreciate someone making a part or kit for a community with a reasonable price tag on it. OTHERS, um well they are raping people ....... plain and simple.

thanks!

I have for a while found it odd to have people suggesting parts from a company on the same forum as one where people are posting questions on how to solve a fitment issue with the same companies parts.

Well said. Thats exactly what is happening.....rape and getting rich. Sams products seem reasonable priced as well.

Ive never understood how I can buy to blacktop 20v complete from Canada and import costs etc to the UK. then be expected to spend that again if not more on just cooling and ignition. ??????

Sam - You should have a email from me with my requirements.

If you move the stud on back of the head over to the vacant hole, you can use the 16v water port with a normal gasket! Vola heater core! but still gotta grind that inside wall out, but 16v head gasket can be used then!

Go for the sam_q kit to make this whole headache simple!

not quite sure what you mean there, firstly your refering to putting the 16V rear water outlet on the back of the 20v head yes?

regardless you need to use the 20V head gasket
