ok I have an 85 mr2 and I'm having serious idle issues it is very inconsistant for the most part it's at 800 but goes down and up... Alot. So I don't no if it even really is at 800, mabe it's the iacv? so if n e one would no n e thing that would help me out. Thanks
Is it a consistant issue, IE you start the car and it goes vrooom VROOOM vroom VROOOM? If thats the case, you need to change the intake manifold gasket. Also, like I tell everyone else, unplug the TPS, if it goes back to normal that's all you have to change.
